The Crystal Grill House Unveils Luxurious New Menu Showcasing the Finest Produce from Land and Sea

 

   

Bangkok, Thailand, August 25, 2025The Crystal Grill House, the glamorous glasshouse restaurant on the banks of the Chao Phraya, Bangkok’s “River of Kings”, is inviting discerning guests to discover a sensational new menu that showcases some of the world’s finest ingredients from land and sea.

Launching in September 2025, this new à la carte menu will transport diners on an indulgent culinary journey, with succulent seafood and prime meats – including steaks cooked on the restaurant’s signature Josper wood-fired grill to impart a deep, smoky flavor.

Every epicurean adventure can commence with a choice of Hot and Cold Appetizers, such as ultra-soft Tenderloin Steak Tartare using 150-day aged grain-fed beef and enhanced with a luxurious egg yolk jam, and Grilled Spanish Octopus, sourced from the pure waters of the Mediterranean and slow-cooked until silky-soft, then finished on the grill and enhanced with a piquant romesco sauce.

Mouth-watering Mains will focus on fresh, sustainably sourced seafood, responsibly reared meats and the earth’s organic produce, all artfully crafted and creatively presented. The CenterCut Pork Chop is a perfect piece of black pork from a farm in the lush hills of Chiang Mai, accompanied with homemade apple sauce, while the Patagonian Toothfish has been line-caught in the ice-cold South Atlantic Ocean.

A selection of Steaks from the Josper Grill highlight premium beef, raised in the rolling grasslands of Australia to ensure the highest quality meat. Our chefs recommend the Australian Black Opal Wagyu, a sumptuous 300g, 380-day aged ribeye steak with a marbling score of 4/5, to ensure an intense flavor and almost butter-soft texture. Each steak can be elevated to even higher levels of excellence with the option of adding pan-fried duck foie gras, a king crab leg, or a juicy jumbo tiger prawn.

 

Diners can end their evening on a sweet note with a choice of delectable Desserts, including options that span the culinary and cultural divide, such as Mango Crème Brûlée and Coconut Pineapple Cake with strawberry sauce.
