Guests will experience a showcase of signature creations that blend refined Western techniques with comforting Thai classics, all in the heart of Sukhumvit.
The evening will be elevated by a collaboration behind the bar: Stanislav Andruskevic, Head of Drinks at Colette, and Anuttida Kaewbamrung (Ploy) from SōL, will craft exclusive cocktails designed to complement the culinary journey.
