Bangkok, Thailand – August 15, 2025: Goji Kitchen + Bar, the vibrant international culinary marketplace at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting diners to savor the bold flavor of Sovereign Australian lamb with a special promotion that will feature a curated series of prime grilled cuts, Thai-style recipes, and exquisite dishes expertly crafted by Alexander Major, Executive Chef at Palazzo Salato, the acclaimed Italian restaurant in the heart of Sydney.
Chef Alexander has selected the finest Sovereign Australian lamb from Minerva Foods, which is responsibly raised in the lush farmlands of Victoria. Synonymous with quality and exclusivity, this highly-prized meat – which achieved the Gold Award for Branded Lamb in the 2025 Royal Queensland Awards – provides a unique culinary experience.
From September 19-28, 2025, Goji Kitchen + Bar will showcase this premium product as part of its international weekday and weekend dinners, Saturday lunches, and Sunday brunches. Guests can enjoy Sovereign lamb cutlets, T–bone steaks, and rump steaks, all cooked to perfection on the Parilla Grill, or Thai–style grilled lamb shoulders, livers, and kidneys.
A dedicated live station will also present a selection of four Italian-inspired dishes, conceived and created by Chef Alexander using Sovereign lamb. Guests can choose from lamb tartare with anchovy cream, a fresh and vibrant appetizer, rotolo of lamb, a rich and indulgent baked pasta recipe, lamb tongue risotto à la Milanese, a sublime rice dish infused with saffron, and rigatoni al ragù bianco, featuring freshly tossed pasta with a rich lamb sauce and marjoram.

These delicacies will be available for 10 days at Goji Kitchen + Bar, alongside a sumptuous selection of seafood on ice, freshly-shucked oysters, sushi & sashimi, premium cheeses and imported cold cuts. Diners can also savor authentic Thai, pan-Asian and Western-style dishes, prime grilled meats, and more. And of course, every lunch, brunch or dinner can end on a sweet note with a variety of cakes, mousses, pastries, ice creams and Thai desserts.

The Sovereign Australian lamb promotion at Goji Kitchen + Bar will be staged from September 19-28, 2025, including the International Weekday Buffet Dinner (Monday – Thursday, 17.30 – 22.00 hrs) priced at THB 1,799++ per person; International Weekend Buffet Dinner (Friday – Sunday, 17.30 – 22.00 hrs) priced at THB 2,399++ per person; Saturday Lunch (12.00 – 14.30 hrs) priced at THB 2,399++ per person; and Sunday Brunch (12.00 – 14.30 hrs) priced at THB 2,699++ per person.
