A Decade of Culinary Excellence: The MICHELIN Guide Announces 2027 Thailand Restaurant Ceremony
Celebrating 10 years in the Kingdom on Tuesday, November 10, 2026,
at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok

Commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the MICHELIN Guide in Thailand, the MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony Thailand 2027 will be held under the theme “A Decade of Abundance: Siam in Full Bloom”. Scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, this invitation-only event will unveil the much-anticipated full restaurant selection during the morning award ceremony. The celebration will continue in the evening with an exclusive gala dinner honoring Thailand’s talented culinary community and the richness of the country’s gastronomic heritage over the past decade.
The theme “A Decade of Abundance: Siam in Full Bloom” reflects the remarkable evolution of Thailand’s gastronomic landscape since the MICHELIN Guide Thailand’s inaugural edition in 2018. From Bangkok and surrounding provinces to destinations across the country, the Guide has illuminated the diversity and dynamism of Thailand’s culinary scene, celebrating its distinctive ingredients, rich culinary traditions, creative talents, and enduring spirit of hospitality.
Revealed one week after the Bib Gourmand selection, the Ceremony will unveil this year’s recipients of the prestigious MICHELIN Stars and five MICHELIN Guide Special Awards. These recognitions coincide with the centenary of the MICHELIN Star, first introduced in 1926 and now recognized worldwide as a benchmark of culinary excellence.
The morning award ceremony will welcome media, restaurateurs, industry leaders, business partners, and invited guests for the unveiling of the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2027 restaurant selection. Guests will then be treated to a specially curated lunch showcasing dishes prepared by MICHELIN Guide-recognized restaurants ‒ spanning MICHELIN Star, Bib Gourmand, and MICHELIN–Selected establishments ‒ from across the country’s regions. The lunch will celebrate the regional traditions, ingredients, and cultural richness that have shaped Thailand’s culinary identity over the past decade.
At the gala dinner, guests will be invited to savor five-course menus collaboratively crafted by six distinguished international and local guest chefs from 5 Three MICHELIN Star restaurants. Showcasing Thai Geographical Indication (GI) ingredients, the menus will bring to life the abundance and diversity of regional ingredients and produce from across Thailand. Leading the culinary showcase are Chef Mathias and Chef Thomas Sühring of Sühring(MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026), Chef Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur (MICHELIN Guide France 2026), Chef Umberto Bombana of 8½ Otto e Mezzo – Bombana (MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026), Chef Kim Ratcharoen of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay (MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026), and Chef Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiriof Sorn (MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026).
Food enthusiasts and culinary professionals around the world can tune in to the live-stream broadcast on the MICHELIN Guide YouTube channel, beginning at 10.15 am (local time) on November 10, 2026.
