Once the soul of the much-loved Suk 11, this historic space has been lovingly reimagined as a destination for food lovers, cultural wanderers, and curious urban explorers.
After nearly five years of silence, the handcrafted wooden structure — rich with vintage charm, Thai antiques, and soulful design — returns with a new purpose, thanks to a serendipitous connection of the VIVIN founders and the original property’s owner, K.Somchet and his family. The meeting sparked a shared vision to restore the space with care, honouring its unique past while breathing in fresh culinary, creative energy with VIVIN’s touch of modernity.
While the core VIVIN experience remains — showcasing natural, artisanal Thai products through its “shelf to plate” grocery, café, and bistro menus — what sets Suk 22 apart is the space itself. The house, constructed from reclaimed wood, including a wealth of aged teak, is filled with handpicked antiques, original fixtures, and photogenic corners that nod to the legacy of Suk 11. calls the city’s cutest and tiniest gourmet grocer experience. Visitors are invited to explore the packed grocery filled with artisanal products or relax on the cosy terrace and enjoy a curated menu of VIVIN’s best-sellers.
Though more compact, the menu still captures the essence of VIVIN’s artisanal philosophy, featuring delectable sandwiches, organic salads, soups, and the iconic fluffy soufflé omelettes. At the Ekkamai location, there is no formal table service. Instead, customers are served directly by friendly cooks, creating a unique, intimate chef’s table experience in a townhouse-like setting.
